GENERAL
Terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online, or by telephone, fax or by post with FirstTesting.com. Please read carefully before placing any order. All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' refer to FirstTesting.com. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by the FirstTesting.com.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All transactions with FirstTesting.com will be governed by these terms and conditions.

ORDERS
Orders are accepted by the following: Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), telephone, or post.

All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. Should your card issuer refuse to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

PRICES
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
- Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
- Some items may be unavailable.
- We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 17.5%.
- Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of the FirstTesting.com until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

SHIPPING
1. All products are shipped in unmarked, plain packaging.
2. Goods are normally dispatched within 12 hours. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, and if we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
3. The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing.
4. Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world. We ship worldwide.
5. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FirstTesting.com aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return the item(s) with a copy of your delivery note and original packing within 7 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in an unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please supply us the details of the fault and a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within 7 days. Where items are faulty or damaged, shipping and handling charges are refundable.

We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

ILLEGAL ACTS
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on the sit. to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

GOVERNING LAW
All purchases from the site are subject to English Law.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The site reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the FirstTesting.com site.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 7 working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint or compliment can be sent to our customer service department. We will endeavor to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation. Please click here to go to our contact page.

FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the web site under the distance selling regulations for refund.

To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed courier's direct costs from the refund given.

Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel. For your security please return items recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
