Over 40% of the UK population suffer from allergies. This Allergy Test shows whether you are sensitive to the three most common causes of allergy - cats, house dust mites and pollen. Knowing you are prone to certain allergies can help if you wish to seek advice or take precautions. You will also be able to take appropriate action to manage the symptoms.

What does the Allergy Test involve?

This allergy test is extremely simple to do yourself in the home. The test requires only one or two drops of blood obtained safely and simply from a finger prick using the sterile finger prickers contained within the test kit. The blood drop is collected in a small tube which is posted in the postage paid special packaging to laboratories for analysis.

Results and allergy avoidance advice are returned directly to you within 5 working days.

What is tested?

On arrival at the laboratories, the sample is analysed for allergen specific IgE antibodies reactive with the three major allergy triggers of asthma, eczema and rhinitis.
